MatFlow Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data MatFlow collects, how we use it, and the third party services we rely on to run the app.

Data we collect

• Account data. Your name and email address, provided when you sign up, or your name and email from Google if you sign in with Google OAuth.
• Training data. The techniques, sessions, games, and connections you create. This data is yours and is stored in our database.
• Payment data. If you subscribe to MatFlow Pro or Gym, your payment is processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage data. We may collect basic analytics to understand how the app is used.
• Feedback. If you submit feedback through the app, we store your message and email and send a copy to our support inbox.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the MatFlow service, to send transactional emails (email confirmation, password reset) via Resend, and to process subscription payments via Stripe. We never sell your data to third parties.

Third party services

We rely on the following services to run MatFlow:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Privacy policy
• Stripe — payments. Privacy policy
• Resend — transactional email. Privacy policy

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data instantly from within the app. Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and click “Delete my account”. Your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately. Alternatively, email support@bjjmatflow.com and we will delete your account within 7 days.
